Cheers J As you say either way I lose the vector format, which is what's keeping the original Corel file size low (a tiny 118kb). Like I say, I'm fairly certain that it's the dotted lines that are doing the damage - still at just over 1Mb it's workable. Regards and thanks Paul.

No probs - kits uploaded and on their way. As for the pdf, I simply create by publishing to "pdf for web" from Corel. Usually this causes a good reduction in the file size, but I reckon what might be happening is that dotted lines (for the folds) are not exporting as single lines that...
