I was looking through my October '06 MRR mag and saw an advertisement for modeltrainbrokers.com. It says prises 30-35% lower than ebay. Anyway I checked it out and did a few quick searches. Nothing came up... at all. Anyone else checked this place out yet?

I love Blue Box Athearn locos! Good price and there are tons of detail parts you can add as you go! Also I am envious of the 2 car garage to use.

Yeah, that takes patch work to a new level. If you look up all of LTEX pictures on railpictures.net, it shows a few shots of the locos waiting to be rebuilt. They have quite the fleet of ragged looking junkers!

Everytime I see one of these units it makes me think its just this guy Larry, in a shop restoring motive power. How sweet would that be? Plus I love the simple gloss black and angled white LTEX lettering. I'm going to make a small fleet of these. GP's, SD's and a few F units. Also some SW1500's...

Love these Greenville Woodchip Hoppers! With all the mills around here I grew up seeing long consists of just these alone. 2nd would be boxcars, 3rd would be tankers! :wave:
