The side walk is a 1/4" piece of styrene painted aged concrete with a piece of poster board glued under it. I cut under the sidewalk enough for a piece of an old blinds to slip under since the blinds are wider then the streets. The streets are actually cork roadbed painted grimmy black. I needed...

I got two more blocks of building done for the city. I started on painting the street lights and pole but had to go out on Sunday and did not finish before the weekend was over. I finshed the painting this morning and will put the street lights in place by the end of today.

I got alot done this weekend. I started on building the city for my layout. I got two blocks almost done. I had to paint and build each building from the kit.

I got a kit that had 13 buildings in it and that just about covers the first three blocks. I got five more buldings to paint and build for the third block and that is it. I don't think I am going to get the city done before the layout party is over. Here is pictures of what I got done this...
