    Design help!!!

Thats a nine inch radious curve going into the "Y" on the 7" leg. There are 9", 10" and 12", basicly, aside from the swoops on the flex track. Most of the curves have easements. Tileguy, I like your alteration to the plan. I will add this to my design and add the pic later. TrainClown ;)

    Help with new layout

Here is a better view of the port. This water line was drawn in about 30 seconds and you could make it much more interesting with a possible stream entering it, giving your trains some bridges to cross. The shore could be longer too, giving you way more detail along the coastline. Well, there...

    Help with new layout

Howdy again, This here is a variation on the ol' "Dog Bone" design. You can see the waterfront on the left, could be a river or the sea, that details up to you. This lends to some fun building some ship models for your port. Could be a busy place with a fish packing plant and a terminal for...

    A single stall engine house

A fine looking construction but isn't it going to make the other engineers jealous? ;) Watch out for that wood construction! You'll want to give up card stock altogether. (And what's wrong with that?? :D ) TrainClown

    question about flex track.......

Val, that's an interesting photo. Now for me, modeling a logging operation, I plan to hand lay most of the track and make my own ties. I'm not worried about the actual dimension of the ties. I figure whatever came off the saw the day they laid the ties was the dimension it was and this works for...
