Welcome to the madness! That is one thing i am terrible at doing is coloring edges. But as I build my Sulaco, I am forcing my self to do it. Hopefully by the time I am done with it, it will be a habit.

I have finally started this project. Instead of starting with section 1, I started with the Antenna array and am working my way aft. Just finished the antenna array it doesn't look bad. I will post pics when I can.

well the Saluco as built can fit on your desk, you would just have to clear everything else off the desk. :twisted:

Yes, yes indeed it is massive. But it has lots of detail so its not massive for massive's sake. I would much rather build a massive model with lots of detail than a smaller model that isn't as detailed.

I kind of thought the same thing and after rolling my first antenna that thought went right out the window. Since I am having some trouble finding A4 or Legal sized cardstock, I am having to print the model on letter sized paper. So my model will be about 91% the size of the original. But...

Dented - I have just started this build and so far the the rolled antennas have not been too very difficult. But they have been challenging.

Thanks fir the help! It happened that I missed printing out a page and the seat was on that page. From every thing I have seen the seat in Uhu's model is placed on the floor. This didn't look quite right to me so I put it on a small pedestal (about 8mm high). Here are some pics...
