I talked with Fred today at Loy's and he is 99.999999% sure the forward / reverse switch is just mounted backward. Take out the battery, loosen two screws, slide the case down, reverse the switch, and every thing in back in business. Wish all answers were that simple. Dwight77

Just a correction to the my earlier post.......it isnt crazy glue we use, it is super glue that we use to hold the styrene in place in the track gap. Dwight77
