    Been too embarrassed to ask

Hi Duane:wave: Do you mean the sand carried by the locomotives? If so, the sand is for traction when the wheels slip. Like putting sand on a icy side walk. Loren

Steamhead, first off I do not work for this company or any thing like that. My wife happened to find it for me. Like I said, smoker rx worked for me when nothing else did. It has made quiting a lot easier. All natural and no nicotine. Just some pills you take. Do a web search for smoker rx. I am...

I tried all the other stuff before ( patches, gum, and so on ) and it did not work. This stuff is working for me and it is...

    I quit!

Thanks all. Well, this is my third day of quitting smoking. Still trying. Russ, I did reverse that left hand turnout so that it points to the right now. I did lose a little run around length, but operation is a lot better. The longest train I will run will be 4 40' cars. Haven't started...

is 24 gauge wire too thin for switches and accessories?

Depends on what you mean by wiring switches. I have used phone cable to wire Atlas switch machines, which are momentary. I would not use it for constant track power. To small. For track power, I use 20 gauge for the feeders and 18 gauge for the buss wire. Loren
