black=0 brown=1 red=2 orange=3 yellow=4 green=5 blue=6 violet=7 gray=8 white=9 the first and second bands are the number the third is the multiplier hence orange orange orange =33000 ohms the other band in tolerance.

not knowing that track plan if you have a common rail it in theory it needs only 1 connection but in the practical world you should have several feeders on it.

starting simple is a good plan, remember it can be expanded any time .

can't help you with the pics but the conveyer looks good , having worked in coal mining most mine run coal is what is called 0/8 meaning dust to 8 inch lumps in older mines where they shot the coal you would get chunks as lage as a man could pick up and load in to mine cars.whats the trouble...
