Hi very nice job you are doing. This model is also on my to-do list, but I have not had the time yet to start it. I'm considering building it on a 140% scale (use A3). That should make the small parts a bit easier to make.

The scale of this thing is .... wow I would think of re-scaling it so that is 50 cm when completed. Question is if you don't loose to much of the details then ...

1973 is a long time ago, even before I was born. I never served in the Belgian army, since they abolished general military service 2 years before my 18th birthday. On one hand, I regret not having to this, since a lot of people including my father have good memories about their 1 year service...
