Any Time Is Train Time! Well, anytime is fine with me, as I'm still trying to find time to get to the only thing I really wanted to get at last party...trackwork. I did get a little done, but still have a way to go to get that elusive full circuit running.

While I'm NO DCC expert by any means, I have a sort of overall grasp of the idea. I'm looking to eventually pick up a DCC system, and really liked the MRC Prodigy. I had spoken with people, however, who said that it would NOT be a wise purchase, and that I should go with a Digitraxx Zephyr...

Super job you've done there, TrainSteve! I really like the rusty wheels. Looks like you've managed to avoid what I did on almost all my first weathering jobs, which is overweathering. You might want to keep in mind that 15 locomotives all weathered to the exact same degree...will look wrong...

Empty Casings For Donkey Boilers... Glenn - a .308 casing would work well, too. Might be a little easier to find. I could even mail you a few if you cannot find any. The fun part, of course, is emptying the casings. :)
