http://www.thortrains.net/ has some stuff for HO scale. The terrain is toward the bottom of the page. Make sure you read and understand the information about the kind of files used and how to print them to scale. :)

Yep, the page Jim references seems to be where Canon moved the roses since they changed the format of the site. Some nice and realistic looking rose models, easy to assemble, and well appreciated by the recipient. There are also two rose pictures in 3D in the Art section. :)

It looks like 1/2 inch squares in the field and the perimeter is divided into 1/8 inch markings. :) That is turning out to be quite a good looking model. The tracks look real good. Lots-o-fun making them, right? :mrgreen:
