Have you checked out the Epson WorkForce 7110? It can print up to 13" wide and a user definable length of up to 47.2" according to the specificatons on the Epson site. It can handle photo paper so 110#/199 gsm cardstock should not give it any problems. Here is a site that sells that printer...
