Sorry to be taking so long over it. Thanks for all the interest, it helps to keep me motivated. I try to get something done every night, but life gets in the way. And I've worked out my photography is awful :cry:. I might blame the camera.

I had an ambitious plan to make the guns move, but decided that would be far to complex at this stage, maybe later if a build a deluxe version :twisted: So fixed guns. 1 gun attached to angled back plate

I would think trying to get gears to mesh correctly at 1:72 scale is going to be hard which ever way you try. You could just try a linking bar from the back on one wing to the front of the other. As one moves it would drag the other one with it. Or try as curved piece of card linking the wings...

Great build, looks nice and detailed. I think it was in a game, but possibly a graphic novel first; post Battle of Endor. I lose track after the proper films.

A bit of work in progress (just to show some) No clear pictures or dimensions, compounded by the fact I don't know what I'm doing, so it's all a bit trial and error at the moment. Launcher tubes look about right to me, but the support is too tall and needs to angled more.
