Shame on me for not answering this long time. Was pretty busy with R/C modelling as the weather outside was great almost all the time... Continued a bit on my Kfir. Actually mounting the Canards and the Servo actuator doors. Posting via mobile so I will provide some pictures later on... At least...

I am just working a bit on the servo actuator covers. Pretty neat details and the fit is great as always!

Started glueing again :) Will keep you informed about the progress... Actually I am working on the servo covers on the bottom of the wing... Neat little thingys which add quite realism to the marvellous model :)

Shame on me. Still alive and kickingf but putting almost all my energy to get a new job soon. Plus the R/C flying season started in germany and we have some way cool projects on the run :) Just posting a lifesign :)

As Tonino guessed... This is what keeps me away from finishing the Kfir: Currently doing this for a competition hosted in a german forum. As I have not much time to build on my models this thingy has almost my complete attention. Sorry ;) Posting this to proof that I am alive and kicking :D

The belly fairing has been mounted. Next up are the Servo actuator covers :) Well Zathros, you are absolutely right! Admiring own work can be satisfying. Just sat there with a glass of wine, looking at my proud bird and listening to the "Top Gun" Anthem... Life can be definitely more worse than...

BTW made the first tries to print out at a large scale for doing the R/C thingy... Well... Looks like its gonna work :D

I am not really planning to throw that model but to be honest I thought about upsizing and converting into an electric ducted fan radio controlled jet. The base is great and the textures can be upsized as well without looking too blurry... Just a thought :D

@zathros : I do not think that the finished structure needs any reinforcements as there are cardboard triangles glued onto as you can see on the pic. The construction seems to be very sturdy. So i continued slowly with the wings. The reinforcement structure of the wing is finished. The triangles...
