    you do realize that that model would be around 20 feet long, right? If you do that, then you definitely have to mount pieces on cardboard

    I think that saran wrap ( stretched as tightly as possible without it warping) would look the best, as it would just appear to be a slight "disturbance"

    @zathros I use a Mac. Is Blender a good option to use? I would like a program with an unfold tool, as I can't use Pepakura on here either, do you know of any. I've tried the google sketchup unfold tool , but have never gotten it to work :(
