As for the EOT's......have you seen these not working at night? NORAC rules require a freight train to have an illuminated marker from 1 hour before sunset to 1 hour after sunrise. But most of these markers stop flashing during daylight hours. The exception being when passed by another train...

Well, I have to say I never mooned a railfan.......I did get mooned by another engineer who was in a siding waiting for me to clear up.......as for the picture......just a couple guys having fun.
