I will see what I got but they are labeled as water color pencils. Pilot looks good! Can you put another flat section cutting through that would show the front and back which might impart a 3d effect - or it may look worse, I dunno! Chris

I have a set very similar to that but I was not happy with the result. maybe I wasnt soaking the tip enough? I couldnt get the color to come off on the edge very well without pressing hard enough to damage the edge. Chris

We DID have a museum to send these too. I had a deal with the museum of science and industry in chicago to setup up a display of card models. Unfortunately I got only ONE person willing to display their model to millions of people per year :( I might try a new initiative where I collect models...

I just talked to the designer and he indicated that he combined a couple pieces and forgot to change the directions.... There should be only 7 pieces. Do they not fit properly when put together?

Nope - sorry ;) seen it done! Its a GREAT idea to revisit though as it works really well. Only problem I have is bonding the metal to paper. I just always have horrible luck with CA..... The only thing that ever works 100% for me is bonding my index finger to my nostril HAH! :D One really nice...

One thing to keep in mind with these kits (lad-n-dad) is they are not done with high end cad software but rather hand drawn so they tend to come with a few fit issues that can be overcome with some creativity - of course its hard to overcome a missing part or two! I will let ya know ASAP when I...
