Yeah! I remember trying to convince my dad to buy me a ~$6 Matchbox semi in the early 90's. Only managed to get the AA & Jiffy Lube trucks, the rest I've picked up on eBay.
Got one more photo of my Matchbox trucks. I'll merge the Coca Cola truck with a custom Coke trailer, or maybe an Athearn one, I'd like a few more of them...
The 2nd photo here is an Ertl Semi, it is 1:87, they did some 1:87 stuff in the 90's.
By the way, if you notice, 3113 isn't boldly patched! It's only got "BNSF" on the Conductors side of the cab, It looks 100% BN on the Engineer's side! :thumb:
Just happens to be the Railroad I shoot the most of (BNSF that is), I've got a ways to go, and we're only in the 2xxx of BNSF units.
The orange boxes are Air Conditioning (HVAC) units. As they get old, BNSF replaces them, with new/rebuilt BNSF Orange ones.
How about some 35's & 38-2's?
Tulle.

Must be one of those places that hires people who are not much into sewing. Kid of like having a non-train guy at a hobby store.
