Thnx RF this is also the color I have used on the Tie Phantom. I'm thinking to recouler the tie advanced.

Back to this model. First parts from the left wing are cut. Base panel, solar panel and one of the in total 4 surroundings. As you can see it will be a layerd wing.

You could turn it to a black and white version of the colour. That will keep the luminosity and should look quite interesting when it is displayed together with the other ships. I would make two versions, one with the blue hue and one b/w. ;)

I'm happy its weekend. I did a lot of cutting and glueing. First I glued all the pieces of the both wings.

Betweenthe drying proces I started to cut the fuselage and the front / rear dome. At the end of the day all pieces are glued.

Next up to formthe right shapes. I have some special tools for this.

Some old toys and a botle of nail remover. Thats what I call profesional equipment. :yesyes:

And here is todays update. The Tie striker is a two seater a pilot and a bomber so I have to build two interiors. Below the parts needed for both. And they are not the same.20220710_185418.jpg20220710_185403.jpg

Next up fitting the interriors in the domes and connecting the domes to the fuselage. See you soon.

Still need to fix some isseus but those I can overcome. Next up installing the ion engine parts.

Indeed slowly the strikers forms.

Now to mount it on the rear dome.
Next to be done are the parts for the underside of the fuselage. There are a lot of parts to be fitted so it will take some time.
