Honestly, this level of quality puts you in a class that is far above anything I will reach. It's Art, it's History, It's Real, it's Fantastic.

I would love it if ou could do a build thread, even on something small. I think many here hunger for such a thread, especially a Master Builder such as yourself. ;)

Thank you very much for such undeserved words.

Thank you again.

Love the weathering on the corrugated tin/ and the concrete walkway in front is superb..I would like to point out to all that view this, a very small detail of the water stain on the concrete walk in the foreground , wood fence then the buildings... That one added detail and the fact that it is there makes the difference in that view from Very Good to Superb! It is a simple and minor element considering everything else in this diorama but it is the small details like that which add the realism to the whole!!
Well Done!!! Xavier!!

I made a piece of rusted metal like that. It took me 20 years. I could not touch it, and had to leave it outside, in all kinds of weather. It was beautiful, but my wife made me throw it away. :)

I must say... WOW! You have achieved amazing realism. I don't think the real scene would look as real...

Xavier, do you work for a movie miniatures company or something? These pieces look like they would take so much time. That shop is beyond belief!! :)
