Some authors make dozens of paper automatas and others 1-2, which is also the case here. This lady (or miss) has a page dedicated to cats, while 2 paper automatas can also be found here. The first is a cat playing the keyboard. The paper automata works nicely, I just added reinforcement to the bottom of the base and weight to the cat's paws because they wouldn't return to the bottom position due to the friction of the paper.

Since it was Halloween, Keisuke Saka recently released a paper automata with a ghost. This paper automata can also be purchased on etsy.com. (pdf: 4 pages with parts + 2 pages with instructions) I did not make any adjustments, except for coloring the back side of the print (where it was visible), when gluing, everything fit and, as always with this author, and the finished machine works without problems.

Climbing Santa Bank paper automata.gif

Christmas is coming, so I will add the first paper automata - a cash register with Santa. Coins are thrown above, thanks to which Santa moves up the chimney, when the weight of the coins is sufficient, they spill down from where they can be removed and Santa moves to the lower position.
This paper automata can also be purchased digitally on etsy.com. I didn't make any adjustments, everything fit when gluing, and as always with this author, and the finished paper automata works nicely.

Warming up gif.gif

I will add another Christmas paper automata - a reindeer warming up, and since it's the beginning of the year, such a warm-up would be suitable for all of us. I wish everyone good luck, health and success in the new year.;)
This paper automata can also be purchased digitally on etsy.com. I didn't make any adjustments, everything fit when gluing, and as always with this author, and the finished paper automata works nicely.

Rude Moose

Rude Moose automatagif.gif

Last time I glued a training reindeer, now I will add a rude moose. ;)
I've been wanting to try a paper automata from COOL4CATS for a long time, and since I managed to get a couple of simpler automatas from this author cheaper before Christmas, Rude Moose is the first of them. (they also offer really complex paper automatas, but their price is quite high)
Since it is not a digital download, you have to wait a while before they deliver it from England, the automatas are printed on relatively hard paper + there is a picture guide with a description on the thin paper. It was easy to put together and the result works nicely. It's such a good mood creator, when I come home tired from work, just pull and the moose sticks out its tongue at me, I'm in a better mood right away. :)

Penguin Ives automata gif.gif

Rob Ives is one of the prominent authors of kinetic models. A few of his things can be downloaded from the Canon site, but at the moment far more of his stuff can be found on the Brother site. It also has its pages.
It's winter, so I chose his penguin slot machine. I don't have much glued from it, so it didn't stick that well, which was not helped by the photo guide, which from my point of view was not as detailed as I would have imagined... The paper automata works, it just moves a little harder, which I had to strengthen some parts movement mechanism. A few photos:
