MOW dump truck

I see this device quite often on a siding for a 16 mile short line in my area. Must be pulled by a Hi-Rail truck. No couplers. Might be a good project for a layout. The dump body swivels.

That's incredibly unique! The quick disconnect hydraulic hoses indicate it's probably pulled by a pretty big hirail (small semi), or possibly a trackmobile, something with a good sized hydraulic pump.

Most shortlines i've seen have at least 2-3 locos, in case one breaks down. Interesting line. :thumb:

My mistake. They have four CF7s and three are active the last I heard.
