These are fantastic! :)

The Shirasagi is on my todo list. Are there any pictures of the plane in the books as well?

I always though it was such a shame to watch Godzilla smash up the miniature moving tracked vehicles, and such, and that train scene!! Good stuff! :)

The stuntmen in the suits had enormous artistic license regarding the fight and action sequences. The script did not flesh out any of these scenes unless there was an event that was important for the story. The script had a note like, "Kaiju Fight - Tokyo Tower smashed, monster #1 injured / dead", and continued with the next act / dialogue scene. So nearly everything you see during a fight scene was invented by the stunt crew practically on-the-fly. On more than one occasion the monster suits were set on fire - deliberately or by accident. Of course the filming crew would not stop immediately but record the fancy burning monster to save all the "cool" stuff. That the man inside the suit was burning was ... well, "noted". Thank goodness the rubber suits were pretty thick which offered some protection. :D ;)
