Bachman Spectrum K4

I just recently obtained 2 K4's, that are not DCC ready. Does anyone have any experience with installing a decoder in one of these K4's or can lead me in the direction of getting some info on them?

I have the same question, and also can someone help with dismantling the K4 without damaging it?many thanks in advance.

This locomotive is not a limited run release like those from most other manufacturers and there are still plenty to be had if a replacement is ever needed. .So, with limited risk at stake,Walkera UFO Series. onto the workbench it went.
