akala ko puro mga foreigners lang mahilig dito

Got distracted this morning, and so Ghoul Squadron's FFR-31 3D model is done; test-unfolds into 26 parts. Fand II, I and F/A-27C next on the modelling list. No telling when I will have time to texture and output all of these!

Mods: looks like this thread ought to be transferred to the Cartoon and Anime models subgroup!

PS, Shin: siempre naman oy! may mga ilang pinoy dito (of course! there a number of filipinos here)

    heres a youtube vid:
    YouTube - B47713 F4iry Yukik4z3 op1(1/5)
i hope youtube never get this deleted.

about the double zero, i think the wings are foldable AND reversible, FS, for dogfighting, SB for high mach dashes.
    and folds up for stowage.

now, how does it flip(i forgot, they were called flip-knights) its wings in-flight? fold vertical and swing 90 degrees?

    hmm.

hmm, are there helemets in paper craft here too?

yukikaze, macross, gundam models would not be complete with full size helmets.

good for anime styler pilot costumes too.

ps:jay: may alam ka bang mga anime clubs, conventions for this year?

Shin, I have built the FRX-00, but there are no instructions. I had to study all the pictures they have on the site, to figure out what was what, and where does it go. It took me a few weeks to get it together.

Got the Fand and 00 3d models underway, but will stop them if Jay is doing them, no point in replicating his fine work.

Supersylph is currently undergoing texture tweaks and unfold, argh........

Here are some pix of the FRX-00 I built from the website. I didn't bother to blow them up, so you can see how small the plane is.

i could make your testers, if you want, just include the 3d pice to base on.

i agree, Paladin, that's a very clean build! what do you think is it's scale? the given length of the Mave is 18 meters, wingspan 14.52 meters.

P.S. I think the Fand II is coming along rather nicely, but that wacky shape is a challenge to figure out how best to simplify and cut...

Maybe somewhere in the 1:144 range? I've never really cared for scale in SF models, as long as those in the same 'universe' are the same scale in relation to one another.

PS- it looks it. Good luck! :thumb:

I'm not really sure of its scale, but I can tell you the model I have is 143mm long, with a wing span of 112mm. Perhaps one of you can figure that out. I don't know a whole lot about most of these planes.
