    New round, new prizes...
    I 'm starting a new build, and I picked the Papertade X4
A bit chauvinistic, because it's designed by Cor van Haasteren and published by Papertrade, and they're both Dutch, like me.
The kit is in 1:24 scale, but the original plane was quite small, it looks a bit like a Halinski or Orlik model, lots of parts and lots of detail..
    gonna take a some time...
    Cheers Billy

As far as I know it's not a downloadable kit.
I bought it from the Dutch publisher;http://www.zeistbouwplaten.nl/
    It's also here;http://www.e-papermodels.com/index.php?page=2&sort=2a&cName=aircraft-modern-aircraft
If you are going to order it, The instructions say that the canopy of GPM for the 1:33 F16, with a little cutting fits to this model, I've got it as a nice side -order..
    Cheers, Billy

The first parts of the hull..
Dry fit 10 times till it fits perfectly
They leave you the choice of building it without the interieur, but why hurry?

Here's the website of the guy who designed this X4.
he also designed the X3 and the YB 49 Flying Wing, I've build them both, they where the most defying models I've ever build, but they're beautyfull.
    There are some free-bee's too,

It was not clear which parts I had to cut from the ribs and fuselage, so I'm building the cockpit interieur first, so I can figure it out..

When I wanted to do the wingsurface , I found out I made a mistake,(RTFM) the parts of the body at the wingroot should not be glued to each other, but to the upper and lower wingsurface,so I had to cut it loose, with a little bit of fumbling I managed to get it right

Little bit of cheating, because the surface of the wing root was a little damaged I patched it up with a piece of normal printing paper
