    One method I found useful was to roll the printed part INSIDE another piece of paper, that will begin the curves without damaging the part itself, keep rolling it tighter and tighter until its the desired shape, or indeed slightly smaller, its easier to expand it a little than it is to roll it a bit more.

    I can't recall where I found it.
    All I can tell you is that the instructions were hand drawn and the writing was Eastern European.
    I'm sure it was a link from these forums.
