    Hi,

I send pictures about my new project : a french officer early in WW1.

For the moment, I'm working on pants, leggings and shoes. There are only primary colors and raw work. I don't stick the foot.
The figure is 6,5 cm or 65 mm or 2,55 feet.

    Faithfully
    Valmy

    Hi,

I send you pictures about my last figure, a french officer during WW1.

The captain Genesseaux fought in Longwy in 1914. He refused to surrender and cross over the german lines to Verdun with his company and 200 other french soldiers who refuse to be capture.

Respect for all soldiers who fight during this war.

Very fine work, Valmy. The size is a little too big for my Civil War artillery but your model gives me the urge to make some of my own for my horse drawn vehicles, at a smaller scale. Good job Valmy, keep it up.

    Hi Silver,

    Thanks for your compliment.

I'll be very happy to see your future figures with your horse drawn vehicles. No doubt that you can create very fine figures when I see the quality and the accuracy of your paper kits.

For the scales, It's possible to create something good from 1/48 to 1/30 or 1/28 scale (like this boy).

With the figures, the difference with mould plastic or tin soldiers is that you can have more accuracy with the details.

Geez Valmy, that cap is incredible! It really tops this guy off. It's easy to believe you have work in museums! :)
