The SS is a kit with no electronics, and you can get a RTR 25 for $409.99 -$25.00 = $384.99 at www.Towerhobbies.com they have a sale that you get $25 off a purchase of $300 or more...(they change the price from 399.99 to 409.99)

    The SS cost is $349.99 -$25 = $324.99...

Personally I would go with the Savage 25.
    Hope this helps.
