Whitby Train Show

Just wondering if anyone has any info on the Whitby Train Show or if anyone went last year.

I went in 2004 and really enjoyed it. There were a good number of layouts present and at least one British layout (my main interest) and lots of vendors.

Does anyone know if there will be any British layouts this year or what some of the other layouts will be? If possible, I'm going to try to go next weekend.

Robert: I'm still negitiating about Whitby. I didn't hear anyone at our group talking about it. There may be a few different dealers there.

Well, memory can be a tricky thing, but I do have positive impressions of the 2004 Whitby Show and I did enjoy seeing the British layout -- I forget the club's name. There were a few vendors and staff at George's Trains said they'd be there. So I'm going to try to go, although we do have a couple commitments that could throw a spanner into the works.
