which gear ratio is best for drifting

    hey guys new!!!! umm. which gear ratio is best to have a good drift a high gear ratio or a low gear ratio. thanks! and whats with ABS? how does it look like, does it look like a PVC pipe? :shock: :shock:

    gear it as to not over heat anything. the rest is preferance

    There is no "best" gear ratio for drifting.

    But the gear ratio should be the lowest possible for your Motor and ESC for max. performance.

    As lower gear ratio gives you faster speed, it also generate more heat and may damage the motor or ESC.

    I usually find out the lowest possible gear ratio of my electronic system according to the MANUAL and then use a bit higher gear ratio for gaining more torque.

    But it depends on what the user is looking for. The manual gives guideance, but isnt something that should be followed.
