What to do in Vancouver?

When I went to Regina, SK last fall TrainClown was kind enough to show me around and arrange a quick trip to the best shop in town.

So now... I find myself on the way to Vancouver next week, and am wondering what there might be to see and do that is train/model railroad related?

Any guidance or suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Jerry,

Sounds awesome, but I am looking for something I can do in an evening... The rest of my time there will be spent in a meeting room.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I live about 4-5 hours drive from Van but haven't been back there in a couple years. Well there is pacific Scale rail in New west. And I think there's a model train museum on granville Island.
Oh yeah you will probably want to see the CPR station in downtown Van (just off the pan pacific hotel and gastown) It's restored beautifuly and one of the nicest looking old stations I've seen. These are all in Vancouver and can probably see them in an evening.
