    sign1 Its okay Kurt. Ill take a look at those threads and the one Wayne posted too. Thanks guys for the links and thanks Deano for telling us how you make your roads. I need to make a trip to the auto-parts store to get some pin-stripping tape for my roads lol.

    I just used the WS Smooth-It and the WS Paving Tape to lay the roads on my Photo Diorama and that worked pretty good but it wont be very good for parking lots as it would be very hard to get it smooth over such large spots unless you lay the tape every 5" or so so that you can still reach the areas with the spreader lol. Thats what I had to do with a small section on my diorama and then after it dried I filled in the gaps left by the paving tape from the previous time I layed the roads. Its hard to get it so you cant see where you filled in the gaps but I found that once I painted it that you couldnt see that anyways lol.

    Nice backdrop too jeffrey-wimberl, I like it because it matches your layout style.

    Nice rural atmosphere chessie4155. It remind me from the following CN SD75 fleet history SIG:
    CN 5703

    • SD75I, class GF-643a, built 1996
    • while leading GP40 CN 9482, struck a farm tractor and manure spreader at level crossing near Young SK, 13 June 2003;

    Actualy, paint it right and detail it enough, it probably would make a good silo, maybe even two if cut in half.
