But something that is sometimes taken for granted are the elements of mother nature. i'm very lucky for my basement keeps a constant temperature all year round and is not very dusty. Don't ask me how, because i don't know exactly. But the air outside is fairly dry and the temperature does vary from -40 C to 25 C throughout the year.
