Okay! so maybe it does look like a castle. I finished applying the veneer bridge and got a coat of white primer on the veneer. My granddaugher says it looks like a castle - oh well. . . . . .

The towers will be painted in the Clubs designated brown and the cement work on the veneer I guess I will paint a grayish brown. Maybe it will look like a bridge then. Well at least I will not have to crawl under a duck under again.

close up, looks lousy with the thick primer I used, but should even out when I go to the grayish color. Painting is not my forte.

Great work! :thumb: Those channels you're using for a mounting are called "Uni-strut." Now we know the whole project was an excuse to post pics of the grandkid!
