Nice start on an interesting aircraft. I'll be keeping an eye on this one, I really like bi-planes and with floats, better.

This one is coming out very nice. I like the separate rudder - moveable rudders add an element of realism to any aircraft.

I am quite taken with the empennage alignment jig! Is it available in any other Holiday versions?

My sincere sympathies! My son, when he was seven, was handling one of my just completed 1/72 scale biplanes (in my plastic days), fully detailed, the whole nine yards. He had it in the palm of his hand; someone distracted him and he turned around quickly and the bipe went airborne. I think a paper model might have survived that little flight test.

He is 18 now, going off to college. He survived.

ModelArt has one in 1/33 scale and it's a beauty. It has single side panels to simulate the way the airplane was actually built! The unbuilt kit awaits my expectant hands. I got mine from the Paper Model Store.
