VIA Colour Assistance Emergency

Can anyone help my friend in the 'states with the correct paint for the VIA f40Ph passenger locomotives ?
Need the brand paint match for the yellow - the blue - and the grey.

I just brought up a photo album with google, and it looks to me like the yellow is close to Santa Fe yellow in the yellow freight warbonnett paint schemes. The dark blue looks very close to Bangor & Aristook (spelling?) or Santa Fe freight blue, and the grey looks very close to CSX or SCNL blue-grey.

These Pollyscale Acrylic colors should do the job very well:

F414150 ATSF Blue
F414218 CSX Gray
F414122 Reefer Yellow

These colors are also available as Floquil enamels if you prefer solvent-based paint.
