I think after two years it's been long enough for me to make another pass at the spacecraft from Jules Verne's "From the Earth to the Moon".
I've scanned through the novel and its sequel for descriptions of the craft, and hopefully the better software I'm using (inkscape vs. publisher) will help with designing this model.
So far I have the nose and aft end of the ship drawn up and hopefully I'll finish the model by the end of the weekend.

I love the subjects you choose. I find that reason alone makes we want to read what you post. :)

They call it..."The Rock".......
Outstanding work! Thank you for this and the other "hard to get" projects you work on....especially....the 20,000 Leagues Nautilus, the Star Trek Classic Original NOMAD probe prior to the "Tan'ru" connection and so many others! Keep up the great work!
