I created a new model of the ship. I made right some points to facilitate the assembly. I go to create one link for this new model

yep, but it was changed when the ship entered normal service on starfleet, as can be seen on STVI. I don't know if this is canon, but I read somewhere that when the transwarp system failed, starfleet decided to put normal naceles on Excelsior, as the design was so good, and put it on service with the new NCC designation.
BTW, great build so far!!!
