Unlikely consit!

    Look at this group of locomotives I saw today, an SD40-2, GP9, RS2 and an FP7! (the last 2 are courtsy of David Bedard, they are being 'stored' on my layout till he gets back.)

    If it were the 1970's, & those were wearing L&N gray & yellow, I would feel right at home!:cool:

    Mike I'm going to show my ignorance by asking ,what are the things sticking off the top of the F unit? I've never seen that detail before.

    Belg, they are used to break the ice off the entrance to tunnels, so it doesn't break the dome cars.

    Those are some nice lookin locos. Now all we need is some rolling stock to go with this intresting loco consist. :D
