i dont mean to be rude but when i scrolling through some pictures on this thread i noticed that some of you guys have your layouts next to the window...... its not a really good idea b/c your tracks can get bent out of shape due to the heat (even when the blinds are closed)that is where i put my table at first for good photography and lighting....but then i realised my tracks were warping due to the heat (and i live in missery er...i mean Missouri so the humidity revamps it by 5x )
sorry to report that but on a good point is i am revamping a SP GP40 sold/given by Readers Digest here is a link to a picture of two of them if you want you cant tell me the subtile diferrences or i can tell you. (paint doesnt count on the hand i repainted one of them)

nscaler711, the sunshade on the left side of the SD70M looks "spot on":thumb: , the one on the right should be up a little:winki: . In the "up" position, they should be at the same angle as the roof, it should look continuous:winki: ....unless you put them in the "down" position:119: .

Triplex is correct:winki: . though the UPY engines are designated for yard service, they run locals too:winki: , here is a pic i recently took of 5 UPY MP15DC's pulling a string of covered hoppers into Beloit WI:mrgreen: . i know these engines, they are from UP's "Harvard Sub" in Janesville WI:winki: .
