I got my cd, but it wouldn't open on my IMac.
Any Mac users have any luck with it?

1 run the mac in windoze configeration. See if that helps
2 Do you have Adobe 7 or higher on your system? If not update, that will hopefully solve the problem.

    Yippee!

Got my CD today. Like everyone else has said, it's absolutely gorgeous.

Gainer - HOLY COW! 4 days! was that 24 hours a day?

kooklik, I'll be watching the development of that steam engine with great interest. Thanks for the fabulous model.

Ps Kooklik great work. I'm scared to think of how much detail he will put onto a steam engine.

Didn't think of it before but Kooklik would have designed the sub for A4 paper, not US letter size & I guess the steam engine will be the same, A4.

    Hi to all
I'm glad to know that CDs are delivered to you hands. Some U-boats are being started. And errors are continously reported and solved.
The steam engine is in designing now. Alot of details will be copied from the original drawings as much as peper can do. Ofcourse the paper format will be A4 same as U-Boat. I'll post in new thread soon.

I did not specify the number or the boat flotilla. Modellers can add their favorite emblems or marks by any photo editing program.
Base design detail pictures are from U-995 which is displayed in Germany.

I am following the fun and ready to order only to find Nobi's site down, has been for a couple of days. Koolik will the corrections be incorporated in the next run of CD's? When will Nobi be back and when will the latest update be available. Thanks John

    Files on a Mac

    Chris,

I don't have the model discs yet, but I downloaded the fix patches and opened them OK.

I'm on an Intel MacBook using Acrobat Reader 7.0

HAve you downloaded the patches and tried to open. If they open for you, but not the files on the disc, it might give him a clue to solving the problem

    Scaling Up

Has anyone printed the pages scaled up to say 1/35 or 1/25?

How does the bitmap resolution hold up?
