tiny parts in elbow are missing，and I'm too lazy to add them……anyway，modifications would be made in many places，to ensure the final verson of Devastator can be assemble，mobility is highly reduced but appearance doesn't change a lot.
Models will be released after all the six members of Devastator are finished.

What do mean "Down the Drain?" He said he'd release it after the six members of Devastator are released. Plus, Tang's a busy man! Check out his other works like the Noir and Justice, they take some time! [Not in his case ;P] Either way, he might've just wanted the model to be unique, probably unavailable to the public. Or maybe he has posted the finished version on other forums. Just because he hasn't released it, doesn't mean it's down the drain.
