Hello everyone. Here are a few more shots of the crew of the B&O y221. They dont seem to be having a good day here as stuck cut-levers, and high mount brake wheels are giving them hell. It has just started to sleet, and instead of going for the early quit, they are considering telling the yardmaster they are about "take lunch". This means overtime of course, maybe next time the yardmaster wont give em' so many tracks to switch. The heat effect above the GP9 was done in photoshop using the ripple and blur effect. I am still trying to get this effect right.

Oops. the S1 switcher in the top picture is the one I attempted the heat effect coming off the top, not the GP9. Thanks. Stuart.

I agree, nice pictures and nice modelling. I also like the storyline: from the Yardmaster's seat, the guys on the ground've always got it easy. The heat effect is good too: if I'd had the tools available, I would have used it with my photos of steamers too.

    Nice!
The heat effect off the switcher looks convincing to me!
