Tortoise and Atlas Code 55 Track

Does anyone have experience with these two combinations. I am about to build a layout using Atlas Code 55 turnouts and Circuitron Tortoise Switch Machines and I have a slight concern that the Tortoise may be too forceful on the Code 55 turnout.

What I mean by forceful is that the Tortoise is very powerful and with the fragile nature of the code 55 turnout, I am worried that the throwbar may be forced beyond it's limits causing it to break or damage the turnout by the Tortoise.

I would really appreciate any comments and feedback. Thanks in advance.

I have many Atlas Code 55 Turnouts and use Circuitron Tortoise Switch Machines to actuate the turnouts and have had no problems.

They are one of the best ways to go and they have extra contacts to power the frogs so short wheel base locos do not stall on the turnout:thumb:
