This is my latest building for the town. It is constructed from a LARK Model Works #1402 ( Superior Seafood ) kit.

It is an intresting building as it's roofline gets taller towards the rear , so I tought it would make a good theatre. The signs we're modified from a goggle search and then photo shopped and printed.
    It has been fun!!!

Terrific! That's excellent Mike! I really like the marque! How do you represent the stucco siding?

Thanks Ralph , I used the regular old Hobby Lobby craft acrylics and mixed in some Arizona Rock and Minerals paving powder and brushed it on , let it dry , lightly sanded it and the painted over with same color but no powder.
    Thanks , Mike

Mike, real nice looking theatre. And it's showing a classic. Gone with the wind.
