I'm sittin' there havin' a cold one and just as I'm about to toss the empty I froze. Maybe my head to hand motor skills aren't as bad as I thought. I haven't had a Bud in quite awhile. It happened in a nano second. I was, I can't even think of the word.

Let me get to the point-

Beer does not ship very well. For this reason, during the days of the "wild west" whiskey was the favorite drink in saloons. Once the railroads made inroads in to the american west, and refrigerator car service and icing infrastructure was established, beer could be shipped nationwide and beer replaced whiskey as the drink of choice for the working class.

JD - homebrewer myself and better at that than modeling.
