Judging by your pics, and if I had the right materials and tools, 'Ol Blue would take one day to fix. For your NMRA car, 2 hours (C'mon, so the weight popped off, big deal!). 1:15 for the weight (15 minutes to apply glue and put car in propper position, 1 hour or more to let dry) and less than 15 minutes for putting the body back on (I have trouble with that part 'cause they bend in the middle in my kits)

nothing more than a "flesh wound".

I feel a bit of Monty Python is in order...

[after slicing one of the Black Knight's arms off]
King Arthur: Now stand aside, worthy adversary.
Black Knight: 'Tis but a scratch.
King Arthur: A scratch? Your arm's off.
Black Knight: No it isn't.
King Arthur: What's that, then?
Black Knight: [after a pause] I've had worse.
King Arthur: You liar.
Black Knight: Come on ya pansy.

see Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975) - Memorable quotes for more...! ;) :D

So when is "Ol Blue" headed headed for the repair barn? I understand that a very good doctor has offered his surgical skills for the repair work.

By the way I vote for mis-matched paint to show the repairs done.
