They hate Lionel switches though. (The rollers need to be spaced further.)
Of course, that gives me an excuse to buy a second one.

I am so very glad you like it Gill, if you have any problems over the next thirty days just give me a call. Paint it? I hear that shell design is hard to find, but that is your choice.
It should run just fine, remember to keep the wheels and rollers as clean as you can, the BEEP can be picky about that. You will find that the material in the wheel construction sometimes picks up dirt and gunk pretty fast.

Decided to leave it as is. Oiled it last night and put it away after two hours of perfect running in both directions.
