I present you test building the BMW R75 sideK 1:25. I have designed this model without Corel Draw, without 3D max, only used pencil, rule and paper
very bad but cute (I think so)

hic hic! I'm sorry, I didn't take any photograph when I was builbing a tyre. It includes 5 part and I will rebuild
But proplem is electric wire, gear shift and body (sidecar?? I don't know this word, sorry If have mistake)
any body has technical drawing can post some picture???

I think I've got it. The wheels are made by taking a few round pieces of stock and you cut little notches out around the edges and offset them as you stacked them, to give the deep nobbie effect! DNE!
